One click builds a full 0%→100% Trim Paths draw-on from your current playhead, so the road appears to draw itself in from the start.
One click builds the reverse — a draw-off that finishes the road from the end side, no manual keyframing needed.
Road width and dash spacing scale proportionally to whatever stroke width you set on your original path — small or large, it fits.
Stroke width and color for all three layers (outline, road, dashed centerline) show up automatically in the Effects panel for further tweaking.
